Demetrius Gen 2, Part 4

 Last time, poor Leo was kidnapped by aliens, twice. As a teenager there were no consequences but still couldn't have been fun for him!

Not that hanging out at the house with Kyle isn't exciting...but with him hard at work skilling up, Maisy likes to spend her free time down at the lounge.

Her other celebrity friends can often be found there. Apparently all the celebrities are vampires.

This is Shanta, Leo's prom crush. I invited her over to see what she looked like...Mainly in need of a makeover it seems.

He went in for a first kiss but she turned him down! I thought their post prom relationship was pretty high, but not enough it seems.

I sent the two of them to the salon to see if I could give her a makeover. Didn't get around to the makeover but Shanta decided a change of scenery was a good excuse for a kiss.

Brad II and Serena were there. Fighting. Not a mystery why they are exe's.

On one of Maisy's nights out she saw Brad III being strange.

Seems like its pretty normal for him :P

Peter was out and about as well...wearing this. So many sims needing makeovers in my town now!

Shanta not wearing her hat. I guess this is her outerwear or something.

LeShawn, still stalking Maisy. I know they aren't the most interesting pictures, but it is just crazy to me that this ended up happening.

Maisy got this trailer from work to go have tantrums in :) I think she picked the right career.

With all the time she was spending at bars and the lounge she decided to take up the mixology skill so she could make some the drinks at home too.

Being a clumsy sim, there were a few messes.

Kyle was a willing test subject.

LaShawn : Dude, watch this.

LaShawn : I can take as many picture of your wife and son as I want and you can't stop me!

Kyle : This seems very wrong...

Kyle went along to a party Maisy was invited to. First thing he does is make an enemy with a werewolf.

I think it was Nina's house. Maisy went to talk to her (in the bathroom of course) and Nina decided to try and scare her.

Nina : OooooOOOoohhh.

Maisy : That was awesome! Teach me how!

She then slapped her for daring to try and scare her :P

The party got better for Kyle and he ended up dancing with the rude werewolf.

Birthday time! What to wish for...

Maisy is an elder. I forgot to take her picture in the CAS so you get to see her in her outerwear.

Leo wasn't feeling very good for some reason at Maisy's birthday.

I don't think he ate anything bad. Was kinda random. I was worried it was a delayed reaction to the alien abduction, but he's a teen...

I have statues and paintings for this generation! It was a lot of effort. Part of what this generation's story a bit more boring I think because all of their spare time was spent to make unmeltable statues...I still want them for every gen though so I will probably still do it :)

Annnd, birthday time for Leo!

I like it :D He gained the no sense of humor trait and has a LtW to be a paranormal profiteer.

Since that meant Raphael would be on his way home I threw a little house party to welcome him back. Here's Brad II and Dayna.

Neither Peter or Maisy seemed to care so I didn't stop them, but I do not approve!

And Raphael is home! Terrified because Maisy invited her vampire friends :P

Raphael gained the ambitious trait, learned the writing skill at school, and has a LtW to be the descendent of Da Vinci. I realised later this would have made a bit more sense to be Leo's aspiration (Leonardo Demetirus/Da Vinci) But Leo has already mastered sculpting so it would be a bit boring.

Just to recap since we haven't seen much of him, Raphael is eccentric, artistic, loner, charismatic and ambitious.

Maisy's party seems to be going well. Jessie and Kyle finally stopped slow dancing.

So Maisy started dancing with this party crasher. I guess it's fair play.

No, Leo!!!

Raphael took his sweet time coming to the rescue. He complained bitterly that I woke him up to save his twin's life >.<

Maisy retired :) She did achieve her LtW to reach to top of the actress career before retiring. She only get 330 a day for her pension though. Seems low for a lvl 10 career, but maybe it's just me. I don't have them retire often so maybe I just don't know what the sim normal is :)

Kyle's birthday! Alone...in the cold...oops.

He did, but man. My sims are only half-heartedly saving Leo's life. Thinking I may have to delete the inventing bench...

Tiberius and Ferdinand came home!!! YAY!

Ferdinand. Very business like. To recap his traits, he is a loner, brave, disciplined, snob and now gained the charismatic trait. His LtW is to be an international super spy.

Tiberius. Okay so...I guess because they came home at the same time, it didn't let me choose Tiberius's LtW. The game made him want to be a fashion phenomenon. That is the explanation I give for his clothes :P He thinks he is all that and more.

Tiberius loves the cold, is insane, friendly, charismatic (I think this was the trait he earned as a teen), and gained the snob trait.

I think he is actually the best looking of the brothers, but still. Fashion phenomenon? Ugh.

Another laundry gnome appeared :D Leo seems terrified of the cuddly thing.

Since everyone is home for once I decided they need a family day out. For a fashion sim, being insane, Tiberius never wears appropriate clothes -_-

Then again Maisy apparently likes to play in the snow in swimwear...

I sent them to the winter festival for the day.

Unlike with skating, there didn't seem to be much of a learning curve for snowboarding.

The boys were decent at it.

I'm glad that Tiberius and Ferdinand grew up in time to celebrate the holidays with the family.

Dayna is not impressed with the party crashers.

Maisy was unimpressed with the plush doll she got. I guess it was from Brad III.

Peter was being real special. His right arm was stuck in that position so that is him clapping...with one hand >.< At least he liked his gift.

Tiberius : Oh, and let me tell you those shorts do NOT go with that jacket.

Tiberius got two lamps, Kyle got an easel, Ferdinand got an umbrella, and Leo got an easel. Lots of easel's this holiday but everyone seemed happy. And I got a family photo at the festival :)

I sent the boys to China to find some wives. Tiberius was as stylin as ever...

I tried to send Leo as well, but he wouldn't go because he is enrolled in boarding school...Great. I've had to eliminate Leo as an heir now because he is too glitched out. I don't want to risk him not being able to get a job or something. That would be a really difficult breadwinner and he might not get his LtW or something. So it will have to be between these three.

First house Raphael goes to he meets Nuwa here. Sweet!

Tiberius talks up this...err, special lady. A teen anyways.

Raphael : You know, I'm pretty good looking.

Tiberius didn't find any eligible bachelorette's at the houses he visited so he went into the market and chatted up the bookstore owner.

Meanwhile Raphael and Nuwa were hitting it off big time!

No beating around the bush when you are on a three day vacation.

She said yes :)

I sent them to another lot to have a private wedding. Being a classy lady, Nuwa was busy disgusting herself with her own burps right before the vows.

Awww.

One down, two to go. Turned out though that Nuwa had a teenager living with her (not related to her though) that had to come along...so now my household is full. I guess the others will have to invite over any girls they meet to the house later to get married.

The bookstore lady walked off in the middle of Tiberius trying to make a move so he had gone out in search of other eligible females.

He faced a lot of rejection.

Been wondering what Ferdinand has been up to? Every house he visited had elderly men living there. So he was really striking out. He finally met a girl at the end of the day hanging out at the koi fish gardens.

Tiberius desperately trying to joke and flirt with a girl, any girl.

This is the teenager that joined the family. Chen Gai Lam is her name.

When they went back to base, Ferdinand had more luck by just introducing himself to other explorers.

This is Zeina Begermi from Egypt. I love freckles! So cute.

Tiberius is finally not rejected! Zeina may be the one for him. Nothing like having the paparazzi watching your every move, even in China.

I go back to the base to find Ferdinand terrifying Chen with a scary story.

This woman thought Ferdinand was hot stuff. I don't think is was mutual because he seems to have worked her into his horror story and from that expression, she died horribly in it.

Tiberius shows off his new belt...uhhh

They return home and I have Raphael move out immediately. They take Chen with her. I couldn't have Nuwa get pregnant before they moved out because their household is too full. Hopefully they have kids anyway and not just the random adopted daughter.

I didn't get around to giving Nuwa a makeover. She seems to have a different hairstyle with every outfit. I don't know if I'll recognize her when my sims pass her on the street.

Leo...playing with his imaginary friend. This is why you can't inherit Leo. Probably why Maisy was too ashamed to let you go out in public >.<

Tiberius sent Zeina a love letter. I think it's adorable when they write love letters.

Ugh, Shanta. This girl is crazy. Leo invites her over all the time. She says she'll come but never shows. She finally showed up, talked to Leo for five minutes then just walked away. Their house is out in the middle of nowhere and she Walked back to town. Maybe this is a hint, Leo.

Tiberius enjoys watching the action channel apparently :P

I sent Leo and Ferdinand to the library to try and meet more sims. Ferdinand had a few potential girls, but apparently didn't get a high enough friend status to invite them to visit. Shanta was at the library but wouldn't talk to Leo because she is a paparazzi apparently and was to busy photographing Ferdinand and Brad II. Forget you Shanta!

I was going through the family inventory and found this AWESOME guitar. Apparently Maisy was given it at some point because she is a five star celebrity. It's an electric guitar with it's own amp. I think it's really neat. I debated making it an heirloom item but ended up forgetting it at Maisy's house >.< Next time, I'm going to count the celebrity items like that, which you can't just buy, as heirloom items. They are just too cool.

Ferdinand gets rid of his loneliness by skinny dipping in the hot tub. The grotta hot tub is also a unique celebrity item, which I didn't realize at the time so I left it at Maisy's house too >.<

I invited Zeina over. She still cute but her freckles disappeared when she changed clothes...?

I gave up on finding a girl for Ferdinand and I just kicked him out the house. There aren't going to be a lot of cousins in Gen 3 I guess.

Tiberius proposed to the lovely Zeina and she said yes.

I meant to have the wedding on another lot, but accidently threw a party rather than chose a location so they ended up having their wedding with the awesome view from Maisy's house.

Lots of crying with Tiberius getting married :)

Poor thing, the first thing Zeina did was pee herself, trying to get through the crowd to cut the wedding cake in the kitchen. I had given her a makeover but she reset her hair on her own...

They finally made it through the kitchen door :)

The fabulous Tiberius will be this generation's heir. Leo would have been my other choice but he was just too glitched to work with. I moved Tiberius and Zeina out without getting Leo married because Shanta refused to come over. Felt like a bit of a rage quite at the end of this generation because I couldn't be bothered to put in the time to get all the boys married.

And that wraps up this post :) We will see how it goes with the fabulous Tiberius as the breadwinner. Hopefully poor Zeina is up to the task of being the homemaker. It seems harder on women to be the homemaker since the guys don't get time off to help. I may spread out the next generation a bit, but Zeina is a uh...bit older than Tiberius so I don't know how much time I have. Guess we will find out :)
