Thanks to all the maternity leave she's pretty much mastered the guitar skill. Hopefully this means she'll be able to advance in her career quickly as right now the babies have really left her behind.

It's a girl! Meet Arwa, who is Eccentric and Artistic. Since Farid is Egyptian I decided to stick with Arabic names for this generation. I actually had a friend growing up named Arwa and she was also a queen of Yemen.

And yet another birthday! There's never a shortage of cake in the Taylor household - someone's always aging up.
She's cute! She rolled Animal Lover as her next trait, which is always a good thing since inevitably there are animals in any of my legacies!

I bought her an easel so she could work on her painting skills.

Now that Farrah's a child, I bought her some toys to play with outside. When you live in a tropical paradise you've gotta spend lots of time outdoors!
Ugh, this is when things started glitching. Every time I'd send one of them to get something out of the fridge they would act like there was something in the way, despite the fact that absolutely nothing was in the way. It was very annoying, moving the fridge didn't help either. I finally had to delete the fridge and buy another one. I think I had to do it multiple times since the fridges would keep glitching. Very frustrating!

I bought this generation's heirloom item - the teleporation pad! I'm not totally sure how it works, I don't seem to have the option to click on it to teleport anywhere, but we have it.
She's mastered the guitar skill so now she's moving on to the piano.

She's so cute! I never remember to take pictures of their rooms but I gave her a nautical themed room since they live in a beach house.
Oh Farid. He gets really in to his singing, and he freaking sings ALL THE TIME.
And time for yet another birthday! No more babies!!! Babies annoy the crap out of me, they're needy and loud and don't even have the cute factor that toddlers do.
And yet again with the blonde. It definitely seems to be the dominant trait here. She has her dad's dark eyes (and possibly his nose!).
Saeed was REALLY happy lol. I don't blame you dude, taking care of babies isn't my thing either (though I don't know if toddlers would be much better).

It's hard to tell how a child will mature but so far he looks cute. He rolled the Absent-Minded trait, lovely. I swear that's one of the most annoying traits ever!

I put down some parks and other community lots since my sims needed places to go and things to do so I sent the kids down to one of them to have fun.
You'd think that having a house on the beach would make her sick of sand but apparently not.
They're so cute! I'm thinking for this generation I'll have them turn all their IFs real and then marry said IFs. Mix things up a bit.
Saeed's IF (who I forgot to give a name and gender to and I can't remember the stupid name the game gave it): Yay I'm real! Sort of!

Okay, there we go, that's much better! I was a bit worried but it's all good, she's pretty (not that you have to be pretty to matter or any of that, but sims there's either gorgeous, or absolutely hideous and not much in between, sims 3 is not very good at combining features in ways that are attractive lol). She rolled Angler as her next trait. She's in the perfect place to exercise that trait, that's for sure!
Lily: These kids have left me so far behind in my career! I'm never going to advance, much less reach the top!

Hard at work trying to discover the potion to make all their IFs real. The downside of trying to make that potion is that it usually eats up my sims' entire childhoods as it takes forever to get to the point where you can make that stupid potion.
I finally got around to taking pictures of one of their rooms. Pretty happy with how this turned out!

Wow, that face. That's a wonderful attitude to have for your youngest child's birthday! Maybe she's sad that her baby's growing up? Though it's not like she's done any mothering, Farid's mainly the one who's been raising them.
